VOUCHER CODE TERMS OF USE
- Simple.app (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Simple,” “we,” and/or “us”) hereby establishes the following Voucher code Terms of Use.
- Simple provides voucher code services and collaborates with third-party partners to offer Prepaid cards. These third-party partners do not act as agents or representatives of Simple in any capacity.
- You may purchase a voucher code for USDT. This voucher code enables you to acquire a Prepaid Mastercard or Visa card with a predetermined balance equivalent to the purchased voucher code. Please note that you cannot top-up the acquired Prepaid card. After purchasing the voucher code, you will be automatically redirected to the third-party partner's website, where you will use the purchased voucher code to access prepaid card credentials. The Prepaid card can be used for online purchases. If the Prepaid card has a "Mobile Wallet" mark, it means that the card supports Apple Pay and Google Pay services. Otherwise, the Prepaid card cannot be linked to a mobile wallet. Please note that mobile wallet cards are not available for all countries. It is important that when receiving the Prepaid card on the issuer's website, you select the same country as when purchasing the voucher code; otherwise, there may be issues with receiving the prepaid card. In some cases, the partner may request documents and information verifying your identity, including full name, phone number, email, passport details, and residency information. The partner may also request you to undergo an identity verification procedure.
- To redeem the voucher code, you will need access to the internet and a Simple Account, which you can create if you don't have one. Voucher codes are only redeemable on the Simple Website.
- Once the voucher code is purchased, the risk of loss and title pass to the purchaser. Simple disclaims all express or implied warranties concerning the voucher code.
- Voucher codes may be subject to change at our sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
- Fees or expiration dates may apply to voucher codes.
- Simple is not responsible if a voucher code is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission. Simple reserves the right to close customer accounts and bill alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained voucher code is redeemed and/or used. We reserve the right not to redeem the voucher code if we reasonably believe that the use is unauthorized, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful.
- For online assistance with a voucher code, please contact our support team at Simple Website.
- Simple makes no express or implied warranties or conditions, including warranties or conditions of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, on the voucher code. In the event the voucher code is non-functional, your sole remedy and Simple’s sole liability will be the replacement of such voucher code, subject to applicable law. If you live in a jurisdiction that disallows limitations of liability on implied warranties or conditions or disallows the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, then some or all of the disclaimers may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights.
- Simple is not a bank or other financial institution. The card issuer is The Bancorp Bank, N.A., Member FDIC. In order to use these services provided in conjunction with The Bancorp Bank, N.A., you agree to the Terms and Conditions of the third-party partner.
- You represent and warrant to Simple that you expressly accept and comply with all applicable third-party partner terms in relation to the operation of the services, and you understand that the third-party partner is providing their products and services (including but not limited to all services relating to card issuing) to you subject to the third-party partner’s Terms and Conditions.
- Simple passes instructions that come from you concerning your account to the third-party partner, which carries out such instructions. To the extent that there is any conflict between this Agreement and the third-party partner Terms and Conditions, such third-party partner Terms and Conditions will control with respect to the applicable third-party products and services.
- Depending on your use of the services and Simple’s risk determination, Simple may, in its sole discretion, require identity verification, screening procedures, or enhanced verification using our third-party partners ("Enhanced Account Verification"). As a result, you may be required to provide Simple or our third-party partner with certain personal information, including, but not limited to, your name, address, phone number, email address, date of birth, taxpayer identification number, government identification number, photograph of your government-issued ID, or other photographic proof of your identity. You hereby authorize Simple, directly or through our third-party partner, to make any inquiries necessary to verify your or any party’s identity or protect against fraud. Simple will have no liability or responsibility for any permanent or temporary inability to access or use any services, including your inability to withdraw the balance of your account or execute transactions, as a result of any identity verification or other screening procedures.
- You represent and warrant that any information you provide via the services is accurate and complete. You accept and acknowledge that neither Simple nor any of its third-party partners is responsible for any errors or omissions that you make in connection with any transaction initiated via the services. You agree to review your transactions and any information you submit relating to them carefully before completing them through the services.
- Although we endeavor to provide the services as soon as possible, the timing of certain aspects of the services may be subject to limitations of third-party partners, such as financial institutions who only operate during banking hours. As a result, access to certain or all services may become delayed from time to time, including due to unexpected increases in transaction volumes on a weekend or bank holiday.
