Users have the option to transfer these In-game coins from the Simple Tap to their accounts within Simple Website and/or its mobile app (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). However, these In-game coins are strictly limited to use within our Website and cannot be buy, traded, sold, transferred to third parties, or withdrawn to any external wallets or platforms.

Important Notice:

1.  Non-Convertible: In-game coins are not convertible to any real-world currency, they cannot be buy, traded, sold, or transferred to any third party, they cannot be exchanged for legal tender, goods, or services outside of the Simple Tap or Website. Attempts to engage in such activities are strictly prohibited and will be considered a violation of our T&C.
2. No Monetary Value: In-game coins have no intrinsic monetary value and should not be considered as a form of currency or investment. Any perceived value assigned to these coins by users is purely fictional and does not represent actual financial worth.
3. Limited Usage: In-game coins are designed exclusively for use within our Simple Tap and/or Website and are subject to the rules, regulations, and policies set forth by Simple. In-game coins can only be utilized within our platform (Website and/or mobile app) and cannot be withdrawn or transferred to any external accounts, wallets or platforms.
4. Subject to Change: Simple reserves the right to modify or terminate In-game coins system, including the availability, value, and usage of coins, at any time without prior notice. Such changes may be necessary to maintain balance, integrity, and fairness within the Simple Tap environment. By engaging in the use or acquisition of our In-game coins, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. It is essential to recognize that these In-game coins are purely a virtual construct and hold no value outside the boundaries of the Simple Tap or Website. We encourage users to exercise caution and not attribute any real-world financial worth to these coins.

Limitation of Liability:

By using this service, you acknowledge and agree that We disclaims any and all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or any other damages arising out of or in connection with your use of In-game coins. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of data, loss of profits, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if We has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We do not assume any responsibility for any misuse or misunderstanding of In-game coins by Users. Users are solely responsible for their actions and use of In-game coins within the Simple Tap and Website.

By transferring In-game coins to your account within our Website, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions set forth in this disclaimer and the overall terms of service of our platform. Simple does not open accounts and does not process transactions for citizens and residents of countries, where transactions are prohibited by international sanctions or internal law regulations, or countries based on various criteria selected by Simple’s Compliance Department. Currently, these countries are: Afghanistan, Australia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Burundi, Central African Republic, China, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eritrea, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Japan, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar (Burma), Nicaragua, North Korea (DPRK), Russian Federation, South Sudan, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, United Kingdom, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe, Abkhazia, Cambodia, Federal Republic of Ambazonia, Gabon, Honduras, Kosovo, Niger, Pakistan, South Ossetia, Tajikistan, Transnistria, Turkmenistan, USA and other countries prohibited by international sanctions.
